1. Free until the date shown
Tillmora is free for every restaurant until the date shown on the website and in the back office. Nothing is charged before then, even if you subscribe early.
2. Cancelling
The account owner can cancel at any time in the back office (Settings › Subscription). Cancelling before the first payment means nothing is ever charged. Cancelling later stops the next renewal; Tillmora keeps working until the end of the period already paid, then the back office and tills become read-only. Your data stays, and you can export it or subscribe again at any time.
3. Refunds
Payments are for whole months or years and are not refunded for a part of a period, including when branches are closed mid-period. If you were charged by mistake (a duplicate payment, or a charge after cancelling), write to us within 30 days and we refund it in full to the same payment method, usually within 7 working days.
4. Branches added or closed
A new branch is free until your next renewal and is billed from then. A closed branch stops being billed from your next renewal.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails, the payment provider tries again. Tillmora keeps working for 7 days; after that it becomes read-only until the payment is made. Open orders and shifts can always be finished, and reports and exports keep working.
