Kiosk orders at the counter
Kiosk orders waiting to be paid show on the till at the counter. Take the payment, and the order goes to the kitchen.
Till Kiosk · to pay (an order) Take payment
- Tap Kiosk · to pay (or the strip showing "Kiosk · 2 to pay").
- Find the guest's order by Number or name.
- Tap Take payment and take it as usual.
- When the kitchen marks it ready, it shows under Ready to take; call the number.
Example
Order 27
A guest orders at the kiosk and gets number 27, "Sam". At the counter: Kiosk · to pay › 27 Sam › Take payment › card. The burger and chips print in the kitchen; when ready, the till shows "Ready to take: 27".
A guest ordered and walked away without paying
After the time you set (Ask about unpaid orders after), the till asks Keep or Cancel. Kiosk orders are never cancelled by themselves.
Do kiosk orders count toward daily limits?
Yes. Portions ordered at the kiosk count toward a dish's daily limit, and the kiosk shows it sold out at 0.
If it goes wrong
A kiosk order isn't on the till
Check the till is online and at the same branch. Kiosk orders show on every till at the branch.
