Ask Tillmora settings and usage
The owner decides who can ask about data, and sees how the questions are used, by person, topic and day. Question text is never kept.
Back office Settings Ask Tillmora
- Switch Questions about your data on or off (off: how-to questions only).
- Choose Who can ask, and the limits Each person, a month and Each person, a day.
- Tap a person in By person to give them their own limit (0 means how-to only).
- See By topic and By day, and download a CSV.
Example
A manager who asks a lot
Priya has used 48 of 50 questions by the 20th. The owner gives her 100 this month from By person.
Can I read my staff's questions?
No. Only who asked, when, the kind and topic are kept, never the question or answer.
If it goes wrong
A person can't ask about data
Check they're allowed under Who can ask, and their own limit isn't 0.
