Bundles and combo meals

For owners and managers · updated 18 Oct 2026

A bundle sells several dishes for one price, with a choice in each part: a burger, a drink and chips; a pizza, a side and a drink; a thali. Guests and staff pick each part from a button on the menu, or the till recognises the dishes when ordered separately.

Back office Settings Offers and meal deals New promotion Bundle deal

  1. Choose Bundle deal (or start from a ready-made shape: Pizza + side + drink, Main + bread + drink, Burger meal, Thali, Family pack).
  2. Add a part for each choice ("Pick a burger", "Fries", "A drink"), and choose its dishes or a whole category. A part can be Optional or fixed (added without asking).
  3. Set the PRICE: Fixed price, Save an amount, or Save a %. With sizes, set By size (Regular and Large).
  4. How guests get it: A button on the menu under a category, "Make it a meal?" after the first dish, and what happens when the same dishes are Ordered separately: Never, Suggest on the till · apply on QR and kiosk, or Always apply.
  5. Check the dish table: each dish's MENU PRICE and PRICE IN DEAL, and that the deal costs less than its dishes.
  6. Save and start.

Example

Burger meal

Parts: The burger (Classic, Cheese or Chicken burger), Fries (fixed), A drink (any soft drink). Price: Fixed price 17.00 (Regular) and 20.00 (Large: large fries and drink). On the menu under Burgers, and "Make it a meal?" when a burger is added. Ordered separately: Suggest on the till · apply on QR and kiosk.

Example

Thali, all fixed

Dal, Sabzi, Rice, 2 Roti and Salad, all fixed, for 249. One tap adds the whole thali; the kitchen gets each dish on its ticket.

A guest wants a beer instead of a soft drink

Only dishes in the part can be chosen. Make the drink part a whole category that includes beer, with a "+" price for it, or make a second bundle with beer.

A dish in the bundle is sold out

Sold-out dishes can't be picked; the part offers what's left. If every choice of a required part is sold out, the till says, for example, "Burger meal isn't available now: no fries left", until something is back.

If it goes wrong

"With the cheapest dishes the deal costs more"

If guests pick the cheapest dishes, the bundle would cost more than ordering them separately. Those guests simply pay the dishes' own prices; lower the deal price if you want every combination to save.
