For owners and managers · updated 18 Oct 2026

Guests can sign in on your page to book in two taps, keep their allergies on file and see their bookings and receipts. It's optional: nobody has to sign in to book.

Your page Sign in

  1. A guest taps Sign in on your booking page, or Fill this in with one tap while booking.
  2. They sign in with a passkey, Google, Apple or a code by email, on Tillmora's own page, and come straight back to yours.
  3. Their name, mobile, email and allergies fill in; the booking joins their account.
  4. Your account shows their Bookings (running late, change, cancel, book again), Orders (receipts, Download PDF, email) and Details (allergies, reminders, news from you, how they sign in, their data).
  5. On a receipt, Loved it? Order again at your table shows the dishes they had: tapping one opens it on your menu page, or puts it straight into their order when they're at one of your tables with the QR menu open.
  6. Claiming it as a business? lets them put their business's name and number on the receipt, where your country has a business customer number (for example an ABN in Australia, a GSTIN in India). The number is checked the same way as on the till.

Example

A regular books again

Priya signs in once. Next time she taps 4 guests and 7:30; her name, mobile and nut allergy are already there, and the booking is on her account with her receipts.

Do other restaurants see her visits here?

No. One Tillmora guest login works everywhere, but each restaurant sees only its own visits.

Can a guest delete their account?

Yes, any time under Details: their details are erased everywhere, upcoming bookings stay as plain bookings (or are cancelled, if they choose), and receipts you must keep stay without their name. Leave this restaurant only removes them from you and keeps their login.

Example

An ABN on last week's receipt (Australia)

Ravi paid $184.50 for a team lunch and needs a tax invoice for his company. On his receipt he taps Claiming it as a business?, types Rao Consulting Pty Ltd and the ABN. The receipt now reads To: Rao Consulting Pty Ltd · ABN 51 824 753 556, and so does the PDF he downloads. The bill you printed isn't changed; the business's details are kept with it and show on the bill in Orders.

Example

A GSTIN after paying (India)

A business invoice with a GSTIN needs a new invoice, so Asha's request comes to you: the owner gets an email, and the bill in Orders shows Business invoice asked · Rao Traders · GSTIN …. Issue it your usual way, then tap Sent it (or Can't) with a short note. Asha is emailed your answer and sees it on her receipt.

How does a guest remove Google or a passkey from their account?

Under Details › Signing in: Unlink next to Google or Apple, Remove next to a passkey. A code by email always works, so they're never locked out.

If it goes wrong

A guest says their earlier visits aren't on their account

Visits join an account by the email they booked with, once that email is verified by signing in. Bookings made with another email stay separate.
