People with a login
Admins and managers who use the back office sign in with their email. Admins see every branch; managers see only their branch, with the permissions of their role.
Back office People & access Invite someone
- Open People & access (owner or admin only).
- Tap Invite someone and type Their email.
- Choose Admin (every branch, staff, roles and devices) or One branch (a manager: choose the Branch and Role).
- Tap Send invitation. If the email can't be sent, copy the link and send it yourself (it works once).
Example
An area manager
Invite ravi@spiceroute.in, One branch: Sector 17, role Manager. Ravi sees only Sector 17's orders, reports and staff. Later, add him to Phase 7 too.
Do till staff need a login?
No. Add them under Staff. Only people who use the back office need an email.
What can't an admin do?
Admins can't transfer ownership or add admins.
If it goes wrong
"Invited, not accepted yet"
They haven't opened the invitation. Check their spam folder, or remove and invite again to send a fresh link.
