Favourites on the till
Favourites are the first tab on every till: the 10 to 20 dishes ordered most often, in the order staff expect.
Back office Menu Favourites
- Open the Favourites tab.
- Tap + Add a dish for each favourite.
- Drag them into the order staff expect.
- Tap Save order.

A café's favourites
Flat white, Cappuccino, Long black, Latte, Chai latte, Croissant, Banana bread, Avocado toast, Toastie, Iced latte: the dishes that make up most orders, so most orders never leave the first tab.
How many favourites should I have?
About 10 to 20: enough for most orders, few enough to see without scrolling.
If it goes wrong
The till still shows the old order
Every till shows the new order on its next sync. Check the till is online in Devices.
